Action against unregistered rice warehouse operators

The Ministry of Commerce announced on 21 November that warehouse operators will receive a warning first and get their business licence, registration and permits suspended unless they register within two months from the release of the directive regarding the mandatory registration.
The Ministry of Commerce launched the Myanmar Rice Online (MyRO) platform last year to ensure rice self-sufficiency, systematic exports, rice and paddy price stability, systematic registration for rice and paddy storage, and a warehouse financing system.
The ministry released Notification 82/2024 dated 24 October 2024 that the warehouse operators and wholesalers need to seek registration on MyRO through www.myro.com.mm for procurement of more than 2,500 baskets of paddy and over 25 tonnes of rice for commercial purposes. They need to adhere to the registration regulations strictly, the ministry declared. — NN/KK

ကစားသမားတွေဟာ နိုင်ငံတကာပွဲစဉ်တွေကနေ ပြန်အလာနောက်ကျတာတွေရှိခဲ့တာကြောင့် လေ့ကျင့်ချိန်နည်းပါးခဲ့ပြီး ဟန်ချက်ညီမှုအားနည်းခဲ့ကြောင်း နည်းပြဂွါဒီယိုလာက ပြောပါတယ်။

ထိပ်တန်းအဆင့်စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် ထုတ်မပြနိုင်ချိန်မှာ ရလဒ်မကောင်းတတ်တာက ထုံးစံဖြစ်ပြီး အသင်းရဲ့အခြေအနေက ခက်ခဲတဲ့အခြေအနေရောက်ရှိနေတယ်လို့ နည်းပြဂွါဒီယိုလာက ပြောပါတယ်။

မန်စီးတီးဟာ ဒီပွဲအရှုံးကြောင့် လီဗာပူးနဲ့ ၅ မှတ်ပြတ်သွားပြီး လီဗာပူးက လက်ကျန်တပွဲ အနိုင်ရခဲ့ရင် ၈ မှတ်အထိ ကွာဟသွားတော့မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Malaysia’s October CPI rises 1.9% year on year, slightly above forecast

MALAYSIA’S consumer price index (CPI) rose 1.9 per cent in October from a year earlier, slightly above market expectations, government data showed on Friday (Nov 22).

Economists surveyed by Reuters had expected the index to rise 1.8 per cent year on year in October, the same rate as in the previous month. REUTERS

နော်တင်ဟမ်နဲ့ပွဲက အာဆင်နယ်ရဲ့ နှစ်ပေါင်း ၁၂၀ သက်တမ်းမှာ လိဂ်ပွဲစဉ် ၄၃၃၅ ပွဲမြောက်ဖြစ်ပြီး ၁၉၀၄ ခုနှစ်မှာ ဝုဗ်ဗာဟမ်တန်နဲ့ပွဲက ပထမဆုံးလိဂ်ပွဲစဉ်အဖြစ် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားပါတယ်။

အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘောလုံးသမိုင်းမှာ အဆင့်အမြင့်ဆုံးအမှတ်ပေးလိဂ်နိုင်ပွဲအများဆုံးအသင်းက လီဗာပူးအသင်းဖြစ်ပြီး စုစုပေါင်း ၂၀၆၈ ပွဲ အနိုင်ရထားပါတယ်။

အာဆင်နယ်ပြီးရင် မန်ယူအသင်းက ၁၉၀၁ ပွဲအနိုင် ရလဒ်နဲ့ တတိယနေရာမှာရပ်တည်နေပါတယ်။

MoALI signs to receive 3,000-tonne rice stocks under APTERR Tier 3 programme

Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation (MoALI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement with APTERR’s secretary-general on 21 November in Nay Pyi Taw to receive 3,000 tonnes of rice from the Republic of Korea under the ASEAN Plus Three Emergency Rice Reserve (APTERR) Tier 3 programme.
Under the APTERR Tier 3 programme, 3,000 tonnes from the Republic of Korea and 500 tonnes of locally produced rice with donations from China will be contributed to people affected by natural disasters and the events of calamities. Over 1,000 tonnes of reserved rice under the APTERR programme were contributed to regions and states affected by devastating floods last September, the ministry stated.
With Myanmar being a member of APTERR, the ministry has actively participated in APTERR Tier 3 programme for rice donations to natural disaster-hit communities starting in 2017. — NN/KK
